My Account
How do I create a user account in the online store?
To create an account, click on “Login” and then select “Register.”
Choose whether you are registering as a private individual or as a company.
Fill in the form with your details and follow the instructions.
You will receive a confirmation email.
Once you confirm your email address, your account is ready to use.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.
Click the link and set a new password.
Can I change my personal details (e.g., address, phone number)?
Yes. After logging into your account, you can update your contact information, delivery address, and other details at any time.
Can I create multiple user accounts for one company (B2B)?
Yes. Multiple users can be assigned to one company.
Please contact us to set up and activate additional accounts.

How can I find a specific product?
Use the search bar at the top of the page, or browse categories and filters.
What if I cannot find the product I am looking for?

Our offer is broader than what is displayed online — we can prepare a tailored offer.
Are the stock levels accurate?
Yes. Stock levels are updated in real time.
Why are prices not displayed for some products?
Prices for selected products are visible only to registered B2B users.

Will the contents of my cart be saved if I leave the online store?
Yes, if you are logged in. The contents of your cart are saved automatically.
How do I add a product to my wishlist (favorites)?
Click the heart icon on the product.
Your saved items will appear in your user profile.
Payments
Which payment methods are available?
• Cash on delivery (Slovenia)
• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer (pro forma invoice)
Is installment payment possible?
Installments are currently not available for B2C.
For B2B, installment terms can be agreed individually.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. The invoice will be emailed once the order has been shipped.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the EU and to selected non-EU countries.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery cost depends on order value, weight, and destination.
The final delivery cost is shown before you confirm your order.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock products:

Returns and Claims
How do I return a product?
Email support@codeshop.eu within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
When am I eligible for a claim?
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not working properly.
Report within 8 days.
Warranty claims for consumer goods can be made up to 2 years.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
For voluntary returns, the customer covers the cost.
For justified claims, Codex d.o.o. covers the cost.
